1. Purpose
This policy explains how MultiFunded works to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions breaches, and how identity verification ("know your customer", or KYC) fits into your account. Our aim: only eligible people use the Service, and rewards reach the person who owns and trades the account. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Who we serve
Programmes are open to people who:
- are 18 or over;
- have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement;
- give accurate, complete registration details;
- do not reside in a jurisdiction subject to FATF, EU or UN sanctions.
Programmes are not offered in every country. Each account belongs to one person: sharing, selling, transferring or handing an account to a third party is prohibited.
3. When we verify
In short: once, before your first reward. Never to buy, never during an evaluation.
You verify your identity once, before your first reward. You do not need to verify to buy a programme or trade an evaluation, and you are not asked again for later rewards or accounts.
Your first reward request opens 14 days after the first trade on your simulated funded account. Start verification as early as your dashboard allows, so it never holds up a reward.
4. What we ask for
- a valid government-issued photo ID;
- further documents, if needed to confirm your details.
You verify in your dashboard. Checks may be carried out by a specialist identity-verification provider acting on our instructions.
Get it right first time
Check three things before you upload: a sharp photo, a document that hasn't expired, and a name that matches your MultiFunded account.
Never send identity documents by email, live chat or the contact form.
5. Screening and monitoring
We may screen registration and verification details against applicable sanctions requirements. We may also review account activity for signs of identity misuse, account sharing, third-party management, copy trading between accounts and payment fraud.
Rewards are paid only after verification is complete and your payment details are correct.
Where the law requires, we may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, and the law may prevent us from telling you.
6. Refusal and termination
We may refuse a reward request, or suspend or close accounts, for:
- identity fraud or misrepresentation during registration or verification;
- using the Service from a sanctioned jurisdiction;
- account sharing, sale, transfer or third-party management (Terms & Conditions, Section 8).
Before closing an account for any of these reasons, we review it and tell you the specific breach.
Until verification is complete, reward requests cannot be paid and the 48-hour policy does not apply.
Verification rejected or stuck? Contact support with your account ID rather than resubmitting the same document.
7. Record keeping
We keep verification records securely, with access limited to the people who need it, for as long as legal and regulatory obligations require. Then we delete or anonymise them. Our Política de privacidade explains your rights over this data.
