What's not allowed

Prohibited strategies and execution

  • High-frequency trading and tick-scalping bots.
  • Latency arbitrage.
  • Exploiting pricing, price-feed or platform errors.
  • Copying or mirroring trades between accounts, including your own accounts, external accounts and other traders.

These restrictions apply alongside the numeric programme rules. Staying above a loss line or meeting a profit target does not make prohibited execution acceptable. Own EAs are allowed, but that permission does not exempt an automated strategy from the restrictions.

Account ownership and access

Account sharing, selling, transfer and third-party management are prohibited. Your account is not transferable to a friend, trading service or manager. Keep login information private and use support if you suspect someone else has accessed the account.

Multiple evaluations and simulated funded accounts may run at the same time. Each is assessed on its own rules, and permission to hold several accounts does not permit copying or mirroring between them. Do not treat a larger combined set of accounts as a way around an individual account's risk controls.

Numeric rules still apply

Every programme has its own daily and maximum-loss percentages, with a published minimum hold time and limits of 100 lots per trade and 500 lots per day. On simulated funded accounts, the news-window gain qualification and the 2% Equity Protector also apply.

There is no consistency rule on any programme or stage. This removes the best-day or best-trade percentage test; it does not remove prohibited-strategy restrictions, qualifying days, evaluation targets or identity requirements.

A review must identify a specific breach

Loss-limit breaches close the affected account. Other termination grounds in the Terms include prohibited strategies, identity fraud or misrepresentation, chargeback abuse and use from a sanctioned jurisdiction. Non-automatic terminations are reviewed and the specific breach is notified.

Reward requests are not refused at general discretion: the refusal must relate to the specific rule breaches in the Terms and programme rules. If you need an explanation, ask support for the account, trades and provision involved. Keep the full trade record and do not respond by sharing account credentials.
