When can I request my first reward?

Updated October 2026 · 2 min read

When the clock starts

The reward clock starts with the first trade on the simulated funded account. It does not start when you buy the programme, open an evaluation trade or pass an evaluation phase. Instant starts simulated funded, so its clock begins with its first trade on that account.

The 14-day standard waiting period counts calendar days. Weekends and days when you do not trade count towards that calendar. They do not automatically count as qualifying trading days: the programme's day and gain requirements are a separate check.

Eligibility is more than a date

  • Meet the simulated funded stage's minimum qualifying trading days, unless that requirement was removed by the purchased add-on.
  • Complete identity verification once, before the first reward.
  • Respect the account's programme rules.
  • Check the payment details for the method you choose.

For 2-Step Standard, the published requirement is 5 qualifying days at 0.5%. On a $100,000 account, a qualifying day needs at least $500 of gains. Other programmes have their own counts and thresholds.

There is no consistency gate on any programme or stage. You do not need to dilute a best-day percentage, but you do still need to satisfy the separate conditions above.

First and later cycles

Standard rewards follow a 14-day cycle. The Weekly Rewards add-on keeps the first request at 14 calendar days after the first simulated funded trade, then changes later requests to every 7 days.

Each account has its own trading history and eligibility. A request date on another account does not move this account's clock forward, even when both accounts belong to you.

After you request

A request is reviewed within 24 hours of submission under the published review policy. Approved rewards are initiated within 48 hours of approval, subject to the policy exclusions. Provider settlement time is separate.

An open request date is not a promise of approval, a particular amount or immediate receipt. Check the eligible amount and method information in the dashboard. If a date seems wrong, send support the account ID and the timestamp of your first simulated funded trade, without your password.
