Keeping your account secure

Protect both sets of access
Your website/dashboard sign-in and your trading account login serve different purposes. Keep their passwords private and use the published website and dashboard destinations. Avoid reusing a password across unrelated services.
Permission to operate multiple accounts does not authorise shared access or third-party management. The account rules prohibit sharing, selling, transferring or having someone else manage the account.
Recognise the genuine support route
Use the Contact page, on-site live chat or [email protected]. The community policy is that staff never DM first and support is not handled in Discord DMs. An unsolicited request for credentials, identity documents or a wallet recovery phrase should not be treated as a genuine support instruction.
- Do not post passwords, payment details or identity documents in public channels.
- Use the account/order ID when reporting a problem.
- Check a destination before signing in or following an account link.
- Never give someone access because they promise to pass an evaluation for you.
If you suspect unauthorised access
Contact support through a published route and explain what happened and which account is affected. Stop sharing the affected credentials and use the legitimate password-recovery route where appropriate. Preserve relevant messages or transaction references without publishing private information.
