What does “simulated account” mean?

Updated October 2026 · 2 min read

Account size and programme fee are different

A programme's account size describes the simulated balance you trade. The fee pays for the service, including platform access and operating costs. Paying that fee does not give you ownership of the account size or a claim to withdraw it.

Evaluation and simulated funded accounts both operate in a simulated environment. The word funded identifies a programme stage with reward eligibility under an agreement; it does not turn the simulated balance into cash.

What simulated gains mean

Trading performance is measured against the programme's targets, loss limits and other conditions. Eligible simulated gains can be used to calculate a reward under the account agreement. The standard split, qualifying days, verification and request conditions remain relevant.

What MultiFunded does not provide

  • The programme fee is not a deposit or trading capital.
  • MultiFunded is not a broker, custodian or financial intermediary.
  • Website information is general and educational, not investment advice.
  • Loss limits and permitted-strategy rules still apply in a simulated environment.

Read the Risikohinweis and Bedingungen alongside the selected programme. If you need clarification about the service before purchasing, ask support before proceeding.
