Certificates and certificate check

Updated October 2026 · 2 min read

What a certificate describes

A certificate relates to an individual issued reward record. The recipient, programme, amount and date should agree with the record returned by the lookup. A certificate is not a forecast, a guarantee of future results or proof that another trader will have the same experience.

Illustrative certificates or page artwork are not issued records. Do not treat them as verified rewards, combine them into payout totals, or assume a certificate exists merely because a wall or promotional image is visible.

Checking the certificate

Use the certificate's own ID
  1. Open the Certificate check page.
  2. Use the certificate hash shown on the issued document or follow its genuine QR/verification link.
  3. Compare the returned recipient, programme, amount and issue date with the certificate you were given.

The dashboard verification URL pattern is https://app.multifunded.com/verify/certificate?hash={ID}. A lookup only establishes the result supplied for that hash. Do not change a name or amount in an image and treat it as a new verified certificate.

If the record cannot be confirmed

Check the ID for a copying error and contact support with the certificate reference if the result does not match. A missing or unmatched lookup is not proof of an issued reward. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials or identity documents into a certificate checker.
