When verification is needed

You can purchase and complete an evaluation before identity verification. Before the first reward, verification is one of the request conditions alongside qualifying days, rule compliance and correct payment details. Passing an evaluation alone does not complete those checks.

Verification does not exempt later accounts from their own rules. It means the identity check itself is completed once rather than becoming a separate repeat requirement for every reward.

What to prepare

• Accurate registration and contact information.
• A government-issued photo ID.
• Further supporting documents if requested through the verification process.

Use the secure verification process provided for your account. Do not attach identity documents to an ordinary contact form or send them to someone who approaches you in a Discord direct message. The website does not publish a fixed document checklist for every country or a named verification provider.

If a check needs attention

Follow the instructions shown for the account and contact support if a requirement is unclear. Use the account ID to explain which step needs help; do not send trading passwords. Identity fraud or misrepresentation can lead to refusal or account termination under the Terms.
