Rules locked at purchase

Updated October 2026 · 3 min read

What the lock covers

The account keeps the programme rules and split agreed at purchase. A later website change does not automatically replace those settings. Keep your order confirmation and purchased programme selection, including any optional add-ons, so you can identify the conditions attached to a particular account.

The standard split is 80%, with the purchased Reward Split option able to raise it to 100%. Add-ons are chosen at checkout and retained for the life of that account. Do not assume a later purchase on another account changes an existing account's selection.

Stage changes are part of the rules

Locked rules do not mean that the first evaluation phase's settings continue unchanged forever. A programme can have different evaluation and simulated funded requirements that were disclosed as part of the purchase.

For Pay After Pass, evaluation daily loss is 5% with 8% static maximum loss and no minimum trading days. Its simulated funded stage uses 3% daily loss, 5% trailing maximum loss and 4 qualifying days at 1%. Moving between those disclosed stages is not an unexpected change to the account policy.

2-Step Standard instead retains 10% static maximum loss in every stage. Always identify the programme and stage together rather than applying one programme's transition to another.

Later favourable changes

The published policy allows later changes only when strictly in the trader's favour. It does not permit an unrelated unfavourable change to be hidden within a broader update. If you need to establish which version applies, ask support to check the purchase record and the specific rule, rather than inferring it from today's headline offer.

Current MultiFunded policy has no consistency rule on any programme or stage. Qualifying-day requirements, loss limits and reward dates remain separate. A change to one condition should not be read as silently removing the others.

Checking a mismatch

  • Provide the account ID and purchase or order reference.
  • Name the programme, current stage and purchased add-ons.
  • Describe the specific difference between the purchase conditions and the displayed setting.

Do not send payment-card details or trading passwords. If a discrepancy affects your risk planning, have it checked before trading on an assumed limit. Multiple accounts are assessed individually, so a setting on a different account is not proof of this account's terms.
