Pending and available are different
New commissions and cash bonuses stay pending for 30 days, subject to review and reversals. Pending amounts cannot be requested. Only available commission forms the basis of a request; account size and uncollected Pay After Pass balances do not.
Request through your dashboard
- Check the 14-day request cycle and $25 available-balance minimum.
- Choose crypto and provide accurate wallet details in the official dashboard.
- Review the amount, any applicable instructions and the request status before confirming.
Approval and network settlement are separate. No universal delivery time or named crypto provider is promised on this page. Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases or private keys to anyone, including support or partners.
If a balance needs review
Email [email protected] with the relevant affiliate, order or request reference. State whether the issue concerns eligibility, the clearance date, a reversal or a submitted request. Promotional account allocations are separate from cash commission.
